1. Acceptance of Terms §1

By inviting fear to your Discord server or using any of its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must remove the bot immediately and cease all use.

2. Eligibility §2

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and comply with Discord's Terms of Service to use fear. fear is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13.

3. Permitted Use §3

You may use fear for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any person or community
• Distribute spam, malware, phishing links, or malicious content
• Exploit, reverse-engineer, or abuse the bot's systems
• Violate Discord's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
• Impersonate any person, entity, or the fear development team
• Use the bot for any unlawful purpose under applicable law

4. Data Collection §4

fear may store limited data including server configuration, user preferences, economy balances, XP progress, and moderation records to deliver its services. This data is stored securely and never sold to third parties. You may request complete deletion at any time via our support server.

5. Availability §5

fear is provided on an "as-is" basis without any warranty of availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the bot at any time without prior notice.

6. Blacklisting §6

We reserve the right to blacklist any user or server from accessing fear at any time and for any reason, including abuse, exploitation, or violation of these terms. This decision is final.

7. Intellectual Property §7

The fear bot, its code, branding, and associated materials are the intellectual property of the fear development team. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

8. Changes to Terms §8

We may update these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of fear after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
